The Bohai Building, constructed in 1933, is located at Du Zonglingshi Road (Rue du Chaylard), now known as 275-281 Heping Road in the Heping District. As one of the significant architectural remnants from the concession era in Tianjin, the building is currently a protected cultural heritage site and a historically styled building with special protection status in Tianjin. It is open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
