The Canghai Cultural Scenic Area is an ecological comprehensive renovation and upgrading project of the primary brine-making area of Cangyan Group. Construction started on June 7, 2017. The content includes ‘Three Rivers, One Sea and One Street’. ‘Three Rivers’ refer to the 8-kilometer Lianwa River, the 7-kilometer Cangnan River and the 13-kilometer Bantang River. ‘One Sea’ refers to the Canghai Sea.
‘One Street’ refers to the 2.5-kilometer Seafood Street. It is committed to creating a comprehensive cultural scenic area integrating functions such as theme culture, health and leisure, ecological living, education and scientific research, commercial shopping, food tasting, and wetland purification. The 5-kilometer-long Golden Beach located in the scenic area is a beautiful ‘business card’ of the Canghai Cultural Scenic Area, inlaid on the shore of the vast Canghai Sea.
