Caofeidian Wetland is located in Caofeidian District. It is a northern coastal wetland of international significance. There are more than 1,200 kinds of wild animal and plant resources in the wetland, including 238 species of wild plants belonging to 63 families and 164 genera, and 307 species of birds belonging to 52 families and 17 orders.
