The Changguan Tower is located on the East Lake of Beining Park. This is a typical antique-style building with a golden glazed tile roof, vermilion pillars, painted beams, and upturned eaves and dougong. The flowers, birds, fish, insects, gifted scholars and beautiful ladies on the painted beams are brightly colored, vivid in form and extremely exquisite.
