The museum, located within the Changxing Island Country Park, showcases the history of sandbar reclamation and cultivation, the revolutionary spirit of the ‘Roll in the Mud, Forge a Red Heart’ culture from the vanguard farms, and the agricultural and industrial achievements on Changxing Island. It also features the Jianghai Specimen Exhibition Hall and the Exotic Stones Pavilion, among others. The museum is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:30 to 16:30 all year round. It is closed on Mondays through Fridays. It is open on Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day from 08:30 to 16:30.
