Da Wei Village is located near Da Wei Station, by the side of the Cheng Men River, at the intersection of Ji Fu Street and Ji Fu Street. The village features an arched gateway, with walls constructed from grey bricks, known for their strength and durability.


This archway has a history spanning over four centuries, inscribed with the words ‘Ji Cun Wei’, flanked by a couplet that reads ‘Accumulate virtue to attract blessings, may thousands of households share in this virtue’ and ‘Practice benevolence to receive rewards, let the people share in life and death’. The Hou Wang Palace at the base of the village is one of the most revered temples in the Sha Tin District.


Attractions near Da Wei Station include Ji Cun Wei, Che Kung Temple, the Cultural Museum, and a cycling track. Renowned eateries in the vicinity are Qiang Ji Chicken Porridge and Feng Lin Restaurant.
