The former residence of Zi Yufu was built in 1920. It is the former residence of Zi Yufu, the capital owner of Yongfasun Woodware Firm, in Tianjin. It is located on Singapore Road at that time, and now it is No. 37, Dali Road, Heping District. It is currently a kindergarten of Tianjin Health Bureau. The old residence reaches Hebei Road in the east, Munan Road in the south, Guilin Road in the west, and Dali Road in the north.
It is a two-story brick-wood structure building. The exterior facade is a red brick fair-faced wall, and the top is a red multi-slope tiled roof. There is a corner tower attic skylight on the top floor of the front. There are stone steps at the entrance. Above there is a semicircular balcony with decorative guardrails supported by four white square columns, forming a semi-enclosed foyer corridor. The doors and windows of the building are edged with white cement. Opening hours: Open all day throughout the year. The interior is not open to the public.
