The Iron Lion of Cangzhou, also known as ‘Zhenhai Roar’, is located in Jiuzhou Town, Cang County, Cangzhou City. Inscribed on the lion’s neck are the characters ‘Lion King’, standing for a thousand years without falling. However, due to ‘destructive protection’ in recent decades, the corrosion of the iron lion has intensified, leaving it scarred and battered today. The opening hours are from March 16th to November 14th, 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM; and from November 15th to March 15th, 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
