The former site of the Jiangsu Provincial Surveillance Commissioner’s Office is located on Daoqian Street in Suzhou. The former site was the office of the military preparation circuit in the Ming Dynasty (hence the name ‘Daoqian Street’). This building complex is adjacent to Yangyu Lane in the east, Banlian Lane in the north, Jianjinqiao Lane in the west, and faces Daoqian Street in the south. It was built in the eighth year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty. Open all day throughout the year.
