Kobe Garden is located on the southeast side of the Water Park. It is a Japanese garden-style scenic landscape garden, covering an area of 1 hectare and with a building area of 175.28 square meters. It was built in 1989 to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of sister city relationship between Tianjin, China and Kobe, Japan.
