Long Hui Flower Valley, a municipal modern agricultural demonstration park in Fengjie County, is themed around flowers for winter tourism. It is located at the junction of Hefeng Township and Xinmin Town within the county. The park offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors to enjoy.
Inside the park, you can find 15 greenhouses dedicated to strawberry picking, a 2000 square meter fishing pond for leisure fishing, and a 3000 square meter solar ecological restaurant where you can savor delicious food. The Mo Xi River flows through the entire agricultural park, known for its winding course and the mountain ranges on both banks, which resemble two vivid dragons entwined, symbolizing a pair of lovers expressing their love. This local area, where the agricultural park is situated, is called ‘Dragon Confluence Head’.
Built on the river beach of the ‘Dragon Confluence Head’ section of the Mo Xi River, Long Hui Flower Valley is surrounded by mountains on three sides, resembling three ‘giant turtles’ lying by the river. The land they encircle forms a crescent shape, believed to be the result of two dragons deeply in love, who forsook the chance to become immortals in heaven. To show their loyalty to their ‘lord’, the three turtles transformed into mountains, creating this crescent-shaped valley for the dragons to meet and make their eternal vows. Hence, the local people call this place ‘Long Hui Flower Valley’.
The park is open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00, with the actual business status subject to the day’s opening conditions. For more information on additional preferential policies, please refer to the details provided.
