The Wuling West Peak Scenic Area covers an area of nearly 20 square kilometers and is divided into five natural valleys. Within the scenic area, there are many uniquely shaped peaks and rocks, with a rich forest atmosphere, as well as natural landscapes such as lakes, waterfalls, streams, and clear pools that captivate visitors. Wuling West Peak is the western peak of Wuling Mountain, the main peak of the Yan Mountains, with an elevation of 2118 meters, towering into the sky and overlooking the heavens.
The name Wuling Mountain comes from its towering height, where clouds and mists shroud it all year round.Wuling West Peak Scenic Area is adjacent to Wuling Fairy Lake, with clear waters and a suitable climate, rich in flora and fauna. The secondary forest vegetation covers more than 96% of the area, with wild chestnut trees, hawthorn trees, and apricot trees scattered throughout the mountains, making it a natural botanical kingdom. Animals such as roe deer, badgers, and goats roam the area, adding endless joy to Wuling West Peak Scenic Area. There are also more than 70 acres of fertile land for growing pollution-free grains and vegetables. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the landscape, the fragrance of plants, the sounds of wildlife, and taste natural food, making it a place that is hard to forget.
Wuling West Peak Scenic Area boasts the beautiful wonder of ‘three seasons on one mountain, and different weathers within ten miles,’ making it a comprehensive tourist destination for travel, sightseeing, and vacationing. Opening hours are from 08:00 to 16:00 all year round.
