The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) is located at No. 888 Guozhan Avenue, Jinnan District, Tianjin City. It is the third national exhibition project deployed by the Ministry of Commerce after the Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex and the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), and it serves as a symbolic project for the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) integrates exhibition, conference, commercial, office, and hotel functions, with a total construction area of approximately 1.38 million square meters. The project is divided into two phases, with the first phase covering about 800,000 square meters and the second phase about 580,000 square meters. In November 2022, it was selected for the final list of ‘100 Great Buildings of the New Era in China 2022’.
