Introduction:
To ensure new employees integrate into the team more quickly, we have organized an essential team building event. The aim is to enhance team cohesion and foster a sense of belonging to the enterprise among our employees.

Activity Itinerary:

Morning:
– 08:00 – 09:00: Gather and depart for the team building and expansion base.
– 09:00 – 09:30: Change into military training uniforms and prepare for training.

Mid-Morning:
– 09:30 – 12:30: Trainee mindset training, military appearance, military posture, number reporting training, and various drills including attention and stand at ease, attention and straddle, salute and end of salute, squatting and turning methods between movements, etc.

Lunch:
– 12:30 – 13:00: Enjoy lunch.

Afternoon:
– 14:00 – 17:00: Basic military training, focusing on turning methods between movements, learning decomposed movements of marching in unison, and standing at attention.

End of Day:
– 17:00 – 17:30: Rest and summarize the day’s activities with comments and reflections.
