Pineapple Dam serves as the auxiliary dam of the Shing Mun Reservoir and is also the location of the park’s visitor center. Surrounded by valleys, the reservoir has numerous streams and trails interwoven, all leading into the reservoir. There is also a Pineapple Dam Nature Trail available for visitors to explore. The facility is open all year round, with full-day access.
