It is known as a ‘natural oxygen bar’ and the ‘green lung of Beijing and Tianjin’. It is a shining pearl inlaid on the coast of the Bohai Sea and the land of Tianjin and Jingu. Here is one of the three remaining ancient coasts in the world.
It is the only undeveloped ancient coast in the world. It is a nature reserve where ancient coasts and wetlands are located in the same place. The unique ecological environment here attracts migratory birds to inhabit and breed here. It also presents the villagers who have protected this place for generations with a unique land and water, giving birth to countless precious and delicious delicacies. Ninghe has long been known as the ‘land of fish and rice’. Whitebait, purple crab and reed grass are called the three treasures of Ninghe. The Chaobai River flows through from north to south.
