The Sha Xin Rose Garden, also known as the First Love Manor of the West, is situated in Sha Xin Village and Long Qiao Village, Pu Lv Street. This garden is one of the key rural tourism projects in Tong Liang District, celebrated as ‘Five Golden Flowers.’ It primarily features two types of roses: ornamental and edible, with pink and red being the dominant flower colors.

The garden offers a complete set of infrastructure and leisure facilities. This includes built vehicular roads, sightseeing trails, and installed facilities such as pavilions, viewing platforms, and rest seats. It is open from January 1st to December 31st, operating daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
Regarding preferential policies, the following applies:
1. Free admission policy: This applies to children under 1.20 meters (inclusive) in height, seniors aged 70 (inclusive) and above with valid identification, active-duty military personnel, martyrs’ families, revolutionary disabled soldiers, retired military cadres, and disabled persons with valid identification. They are all eligible for free tickets.
2. Discount policy: Seniors aged 60 to 69 with valid identification and students at the high school level (inclusive) and below, with a valid registered ‘Student ID’, are eligible for discounted tickets. These can be purchased at the scenic spot.
