Pan Wei Art Exhibition: Writing in Migration
The ‘Writing in Migration’ Pan Wei Art Exhibition, showcasing the works of Pan Wei, a senior representative figure in Shanghai’s abstract art community, opened on September 28, 2024, at Shanghai Powerlong Museum. Active in personal creation for over thirty years since the early 1990s, Pan Wei has made significant contributions to the international exchange of contemporary Chinese art.
In recent years, Pan Wei has been frequently traveling between China, Japan, and Sweden, engaging in a continuous migration of creation, curation, teaching, and traveling, much like migratory birds. This exhibition, running from September 28th to October 27th, captures the essence of his journey and artistic evolution.
Museum hours are Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00, with the last entry and ticket check at 17:00 and closing time at 17:50. The museum is closed on Mondays. Please note that holiday business hours are subject to the actual announcement of the museum.
