Baocheng Museum Garden, also known as Baocheng Qishi Garden, is located in Baocheng Xincun, Shuangqiaohe Town, Jinnan District, about twenty kilometers away from the city center. It is a park and a small museum themed around unique stones. Visitors can appreciate various peculiar stones and enjoy the beautiful garden views, making it an excellent destination for outings in the suburbs of Tianjin.

The museum garden is not very large, and it takes about 2 hours to stroll around the entire scenic area. There are three main exhibition halls within the scenic area. Hall 1 is the primary exhibition hall, housing the Wood Art Pavilion, the Petrified Pavilion, and the Lingbi Palace, which display many valuable peculiar stones such as Lingbi stones, wood fossils, and Taihu stones, including the Asian-first giant stone that holds the Guinness record, ‘Buddha in Meditation’.

Hall 2 mainly exhibits ancient Chinese culture, while Hall 3 is primarily a souvenir shop featuring stone carvings and other memorabilia. In addition to visiting the exhibition halls, the scenery within the garden is also very beautiful. The garden is constructed in the style of a traditional Chinese landscape garden, with pavilions, terraces, towers, and artificial stone forests, making it ideal for walking and taking photos.

Opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 08:00 to 16:30 all year round; the museum garden is closed all day on Mondays.
