The Tianjin Drama Museum is a specialized drama museum located on the Nanmenli Street in the Nankai District of Tianjin. It was established in 1985 and opened to the public on January 1, 1986. It is one of the most well-preserved and large-scale Qing-style guild hall buildings in China today.
The museum is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 16:00 from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 16:00 on New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, with no closure on Mondays during these holidays.
