The Tianjin Natural History Museum was established on the basis of the former Beijiang Museum and is one of the oldest and most extensive natural history museums in China, specializing in geology and biology. The museum’s primary collections focus on the northwest and north China regions, as well as representative, typical, and globally significant natural science specimens. Exhibitions are divided into the序厅, Ocean World, Dinosaur Grand View, Hall of Ancient Mammals, Animal Ecology Hall, World Insect Hall, Marine Shell Hall, and Tropical Plant Greenhouse, showcasing the diversity of species, ecosystems, and the harmonious coexistence of humans with the natural environment.
