The Tianjin Workers’ Cultural Palace (hereinafter referred to as the Second Palace), built in 1952, is located between Guanghua Road, Jintang Road and Dongxing Road in Hedong District. It is a comprehensive garden-style workers’ cultural palace with a large area and exercises the dual public welfare functions of a workers’ cultural palace and a park. Famous calligraphers and painters such as Ye Qianyu, Mu Lingfei, and Pu Zuo have held calligraphy and painting exhibitions in the Second Palace many times. The Second Palace has complete modern cultural, educational, leisure, entertainment, and service functions. It is open from 06:00 to 22:00 all year round.
