Tianjin Polar Ocean Park, a national 4A-level scenic spot and science education base, is acclaimed as one of the top ten popular marine theme parks and a family-friendly destination. It boasts a wealth of unique polar and marine resources, exquisite animal performances, and diverse interactive projects.

Covering an area of 49,000 square meters in an open area, the park is structured in the shape of a whale. It features fifteen major exhibitions (South Pole Penguin Island, Mysterious North Pole Village, Underwater Tunnel, Ancient Ocean, Shark Harbor, Coral Sea, Beluga Bay, Weave Fish Alley, Seaweed Hall, Mysterious Fish World, Future Jellyfish Pavilion, Cute Animal Bay, Magic Ocean Science and Technology Experience Hall, Pet Paradise, and Mysterious Rainforest), four major performances (Happy Moon Island, Whale Moon Legend, Mermaid Fairy Tale, and Howling Star Adventure), five major animal science shows, as well as high-end themed products such as overnight stays and banquets, which are highly favored by visitors.

Among them, the Future Jellyfish Pavilion, with its open back stage, is a distinctive themed exhibition hall with over 80 tanks displaying more than 20 types of jellyfish, totaling over ten thousand individuals. Through digital interaction, sound and light projection, and other forms, it presents a colorful and magical jellyfish world to visitors.

The four major performances, meticulously crafted over three years and debuted in 2014, feature four unique performances: ‘Happy Moon Island,’ ‘Whale Moon Legend,’ ‘Mermaid Fairy Tale,’ and ‘Howling Star Adventure,’ creating a distinctive and splendid quartet of performances. The five popular animal stars—beluga, dolphin, pseudo-orca, walrus, and sea lion—each with their unique skills, join the mermaid princess to perform a lively and spectacular ‘Ocean Grand Circus,’ setting a high standard in terms of plot, performance, and atmosphere, which leaves many visitors in awe and delight.

The park is divided into fifteen major exhibition areas: South Pole Penguin Island, Mysterious North Pole Village, Underwater Tunnel, Ancient Ocean, Shark Harbor, Coral Sea, Beluga Bay, Weave Fish Alley, Seaweed Hall, Mysterious Fish World, Future Jellyfish Pavilion, Cute Animal Bay, Magic Ocean Science and Technology Experience Hall, Pet Paradise, and Mysterious Rainforest.
