The structure is a brick and wood architectural style, featuring a three-story building including a basement, with a rectangular floor plan. The exterior walls are made of blue bricks in a clear water wall technique, with facades decorated with brick columns. The brick carving decorations are extremely delicate, employing the Chinese brick grinding and jointing technique. The eaves are treated with ancient Greek tile decorations, but many patterns imitate ancient Chinese architectural styles.
