Located on the west side of Tianjin city, the Tianjin Tropical Botanical Garden is a modern greenhouse complex that cultivates a variety of tropical plants, allowing visitors to appreciate exotic flora all year round. The garden is divided into several sections including a service hall, a flower hall, a science and education hall, a rainforest hall, and a 4D cinema, each offering unique experiences to explore.
Additionally, there is an ice sculpture park within the scenic area that maintains a constant temperature throughout the seasons, where visitors can admire ice sculptures (free cold-resistant clothing is provided in summer) and watch adorable penguins. Besides the scenic views, the park also hosts multiple performances of Wa ethnic culture daily from 9:00 to 16:00, which are worth watching. The opening hours are from January 1st to December 31st, 08:00 to 17:00.
