The Tianjin Youth Palace, an educational institution directly under the Communist Youth League Tianjin Municipal Committee, was established in October 1953. At the end of 2003, the new building of the Youth Palace was completed and put into use. This impressive building stands 21 stories high, covers an area of 3,000 square meters, and boasts a construction area of 25,000 square meters, with 15,000 square meters designated as its own area.

Adhering to its social education function and leading role in serving young people, the Tianjin Youth Palace operates on the principle of public welfare.
