Tuncheng Alley is a distinctive narrow lane in Tongli, known for its unique charm. Spanning approximately 300 meters in length, the alley is so narrow that only one person can pass through at a time; if two people meet face to face, they must walk sideways to let each other pass. The alley is flanked by towering three-meter-high walls, gray and white with patches, covered in moss; underfoot are the bluestone slabs. Walking through Tuncheng Alley, the soft lighting reflects the tranquil and leisurely atmosphere of the ancient town. It is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
