As the crisp autumn air invites outdoor activities, there’s no better time to gather your friends and colleagues for an impromptu Ultimate Frisbee team building session. With frisbee’s recent surge in popularity, companies are increasingly turning to it as a top choice for team building exercises. Here are several exciting frisbee team building games to consider:
1. **Frisbee Nine Square Grid**
– In this game, each team member throws the frisbee in sequence from 1 to 9 according to the grid.
– Each member throws once per round, and multiple rounds can be set up.
– The outcome is determined by the highest number successfully thrown.
– If the sequence is incorrect, the incorrect board must be reattached to its original position before continuing.
2. **Frisbee Battle Flags**
– Each participant has five frisbees and must distinguish between the colors.
– The guessing party has the initiative to choose the order, with two teams competing against each other.
– Players take turns throwing frisbees onto a target cloth, with the ability to knock out the opponent’s frisbee for points.
– The person with the highest score wins, with no points awarded for overlapping frisbees.
– The score is based on the largest area of the largest square of the frisbee.
3. **Frisbee Bowling**
– In each round, a player throws a frisbee to knock down bowling pins.
– The team that knocks down the most pins wins.
4. **Frisbee Golf**
– The rules and gameplay of ‘Frisbee Golf’ are similar to golf.
These frisbee games not only provide a fun and engaging way to bond with your team but also offer a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors during the beautiful autumn season.Frisbee Contest: This sport combines elements of basketball, soccer, American football, and frisbee. Each team consists of seven players who pass the frisbee within the field, requiring players to have not only offensive and defensive skills but also good team spirit, physical fitness, speed, intelligence, and willpower. It is the most popular event in international frisbee competitions because it is as intense as a soccer match, with outstanding passing, rigorous tests of speed and endurance.
In simple terms, it involves using one’s hand as a club, the frisbee as a ball, and the frisbee golf basket as the target. Generally, the first throw is a long throw from the starting area, similar to a golf tee shot; after the frisbee stops, use accurate throwing techniques to push the frisbee towards the target. When the frisbee is near the target, use a tapping technique to put the frisbee into (hit) the target.
