This scenic spot was built in the 1930s. It is an ancestral temple built by Cai Chengxun, who once served as the military governor of Gansu and Jiangxi Provinces and the chief of the army in the Beiyang government, for ancestor worship. The entire architectural complex has a reasonable layout and magnificent momentum. It is a typical traditional Chinese courtyard house. Together with Cai Chengxun’s former residence next to it, it reflects the beauty of combining Chinese and Western elements.
