The Yuyang Ancient Street was formerly known as Yuyang. It has a very long history and was built in the Han Dynasty. In 1371, the fourth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, the earthen city was rebuilt with bricks. There were three gates in the east, west and south in the city, and there was no gate in the north. Taking the mountain as a barrier, the three-mile-long street connecting the east gate and the west gate is the main street of the ancient city. The current Yuyang Ancient Street is a part of the west side. Open all year round and open all day. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on the day.
