The 823 Memorial Park, also known as ‘Park No. 4’ or ‘Zhonghe Park’, is a historical site where visitors can view the 823 Artillery Battle Monument. Additionally, one can visit the 823 Taiwan Strait Campaign Victory Memorial Hall. The park is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
