Zhu Sanduo Temple is located in the East District of Tainan City, and it primarily worships the God of Fortune and Blessings. It is one of the constituent temples of the local Fucheng Lianjing Ba Xie Jing. The name ‘Zhu Sanduo’ refers to the prayer for ‘more wealth, longevity, and male offspring’, originating from the book ‘Zhuangzi’. Another interpretation suggests it represents the pursuit of ‘blessings, prosperity, and longevity’. The temple is situated on Dongmen Road, from the eastern side of the railway to about 20 meters west of the Mituo Temple, which was historically known as ‘Zhu Sanduo Street’.
