Donglong Palace in Donggang is a Taoist temple and a renowned religious center. It is also a significant part of Donggang’s faith, primarily dedicated to Wen Fu Qiansui, and additionally worships Nan Dou Xing Jun, Bei Dou Xing Jun, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Tai Shang Lao Jun, Cangjie, Confucius, Mencius, Shui Xian Zun Wang, Fu De Zheng Shen, and Zhu Sheng Niang Niang, among other sages. The temple is open all year round from 5:00 to 23:00. A must-see tip: There is another temple with the same name, Donglong Palace, in Taipei. Visitors should take care not to confuse the two.
