The Shigang Dam is located in the Tonggu area in the middle reaches of the Dajia River between the Dajia River and the Xinshe River terraces. It is a river-retaining dam mainly for supplying domestic and industrial water to Taichung area. The upstream of the dam is blocked into a large lake with green mountains and clear waters. Downstream, there are piles of pebbles. Fishing enthusiasts can often be seen by the river. Opening hours: Open from 6:00 to 18:00 all year round.
