The Walami Trail is located in Yushan National Park and is part of the Batongguan Ancient Trail. The Walami Trail is about 14 kilometers in length and is mainly divided into three sections: trail entrance – Shanfeng Waterfall, Shanfeng Waterfall – Jiaxin, and Jiaxin – Walami Mountain House. The front section of the trail (trail entrance – Shanfeng Waterfall) is easy and suitable for people of all ages. The middle section is more suitable for tourists with better physical strength. The latter section requires a mountain entry permit. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 16:30.
