The Hualien County Aquaculture Breeding Center is situated right next to the Carp Pond Scenic Area. Primarily, it cultivates a variety of economic freshwater fish and shellfish. Additionally, the center features a multimedia education hall, an outdoor teaching landscape area, a parent-child stream play area, and a fishery cultural and ecological exhibition hall. Visiting here not only allows you to observe numerous types of aquatic products but also to gain extensive knowledge about the fishing industry. The center is open throughout the year from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
