The Jinheng Bridge is 82 meters long. It is a bridge spanning Ludan Creek on the Central Cross-Island Highway. This bridge was originally a simple bridge. Later, it was rebuilt into a new bridge for the opening of the Central Cross-Island Highway. In those days, engineer Jin Heng was hit by a falling rock and died unfortunately when he came here for inspection. Therefore, after the completion of the new bridge, it was named ‘Jinheng Bridge’ in memory. Nowadays, there is also a Jinheng Park in the south of the bridge. Inside there is a bronze bust of Jin Heng. Beside it, there is also a pointed monument engraved with ‘Monument to the martyrs of the Confluence Engineering Office of the Highway Bureau’, for the world to remember.

Open all year round and open all day.
