Yangxin Art is honored to invite the highly popular Japanese artist Matsuyama Shigeo to Taichung for his first solo exhibition. In this showcase, the artist presents his Asia debut series, ‘Anonymous Heroes’, which originates from ‘Portrait of Dazzle’. This series focuses on individuals who call themselves heroes, covering their faces with anonymous masks and enacting their subjective sense of justice through the ‘superpower’ of the internet. The works reveal the concept of ‘justice’ in a society driven by the internet. Open from 10/19 to 11/30, performance times and durations are subject to the venue.
