Banqiao Bao’an Palace and Chaohe Palace is located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, next to the Rural Park, and is officially known as Banqiao Jiangzicui Bao’an Palace Chaohe Palace. It is the combined temple of Bao’an Palace, Chaohe Palace, and Tianhou Palace, which are three temples worshiping together. The third floor is the main worship of the San Guan Emperor at Chaohe Palace and the accompanying worship of the Heavenly Mother at Tianhou Palace. The second floor is the main worship of the Baosheng Emperor at Bao’an Palace. The famous BeiGuan music community, ‘Chaohe Society’, is said to have been named after this temple and often practices here. The temple is open throughout the year from 06:30 to 19:30.
