The Ancient Molu Alley is a narrow and long alley. At its narrowest point, it is less than 70 centimeters. If a man and a woman happen to walk towards each other face to face, it is very embarrassing. It also has other nicknames, such as ‘Chest-protecting Alley’ and ‘Gentleman’s Alley’. The reason why this alley is so narrow is mainly that local residents try to narrow the distance between houses in order to block the strong sea breeze. Open all year round and open all day.
