This building is an observation pavilion on the edge of a cliff. The roof is red and relatively eye-catching. There is a Lan Coffee at Dakeng Observation Deck. Dakeng Observation Deck is adjacent to the sea. Its predecessor was an abandoned coastal defense military post and has been transformed into a seaside café. The large glass windows offer an unobstructed view. There is an outdoor observation deck on the second floor, enjoying the Pacific Ocean view. Lan Coffee serves various beverages, fried foods, muffins and light meals. You can taste while relaxing, or have a meal and chat with three or five friends or family. There is also the soothing blue ocean nearby. Sitting here for an afternoon is no problem.
