The Liu Haisu Art Museum is located in Hongqiao Development Zone. It covers an area of more than 3,600 square meters and has a building area of nearly 5,000 square meters. The art museum has five floors. The exterior design is quite modern. The large painting warehouse with 24-hour television monitoring and constant temperature and humidity all year round is second to none in domestic exhibition halls. Here, it integrates an art museum, a small museum and a personal memorial hall. It not only collects Liu Haisu’s artworks and calligraphy and paintings of past dynasties, but also is an academic research institution. It also often holds special art exhibitions and art lectures, and undertakes the responsibilities of public art education and international and domestic cultural exchanges.
Opening hours: From Tuesday to Sunday all year round, 09:00 – 17:00; From January 1st to October 1st, closed all day on Monday; On Monday, October 2nd, 09:00 – 17:00; From October 3rd to December 31st, closed all day on Monday.
