The Jiangsu Science and Technology Museum, often referred to as the Jiangsu Science Museum, is located on the west side of Nanjing, Jiangsu, at the foot of the Jiangsu Radio and Television Tower by the Qinhuai River, adjacent to the picturesque Gulin Park and the ShuiMu Qinhuai scenic belt. Built on the base of the 318.5-meter high Jiangsu Radio and Television Tower, it is a comprehensive science and technology museum meticulously designed and constructed in accordance with the concept of modern science museums.
Belonging to the Jiangsu Radio and Television Station, the museum features a permanent exhibition area of 6,000 square meters with five major themed exhibition areas: Science & Wisdom, Exploration & Discovery, Digital & Information, Ecology & Home, and Life & Health. It displays over 200 pieces of scientific exhibits, in addition to a science theater, laser theater, first aid classroom, science classroom, and temporary exhibition hall, among others. The exhibits integrate scientific, educational, entertaining, and interactive elements, representing an organic combination of science and art.

The museum serves as an excellent venue for the public to disseminate and popularize scientific knowledge, develop creativity among young people, and enrich people’s spiritual and cultural lives. It offers a range of activities including science exhibitions, technology activities, scientific experiments, technology training and exchanges, production of scientific exhibits, educational film and television materials, and information services.

Opening hours: The museum is closed all day on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 16:30 on Wednesdays to Sundays throughout the year; and open all day during National Day.
