Penghe Bay Scenic Area is nestled at the foot of the Yan Mountains in Pengheyancun, Shicheng Town, Miyun County, approximately 120 kilometers from the city center. It is a leisure and vacation destination that integrates historical culture, natural ecology, and cultural landscapes, and is also a popular red tourism spot.
“Water gives life to mountains, and mountains give movement to water.” The Baihe River originates from the northwest of the Yan Mountain range, meandering for hundreds of miles. Together with the surrounding steep ridges and lush forests, it forms a vibrant landscape painting.

The area is open to visitors year-round, with operating hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
