The Tianmu Qingzhen North Mosque is located in Tianmu Village, Beichen District, Tianjin. The mosque was built in the second year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1404). Over the past 500 years, it has undergone several renovations and expansions to reach its current scale. The mosque is composed of a prayer hall, lecture hall, reception hall and bathing room. It is a Chinese palace-style architectural complex. The mosque covers an area of 4956 square meters, and the main hall has an area of 1000 square meters, which can accommodate more than a thousand people for congregational prayers. The mosque is not only magnificent in appearance, but also has a pleasant scenery with birds singing and flowers blooming in the courtyard.
