Wang Zhongshan, a capitalist, was a quartermaster in Duan Qirui’s army during the Beiyang period. The former residence of Wang Zhongshan is located at No. 21 Nanjing Road, Hexi District, Tianjin. This residence is a German garden-style mansion with a combination of Chinese and Western styles. It is a two-story building with an attic and a semi-basement, made of brick and wood.
