The dark brown cylinder bricks of this building are all from the United Kingdom. Among them, the fairy carving above the window casing symbolizes happiness and auspiciousness. It is in a Chinese-Western style. The fairy’s long hair is Western-style, while the face has Chinese characteristics. The doors and windows inside the building are all made of Philippine wood. The bathroom tiles are green. The building is made of dark brown cylinder bricks. The window sill is made of white marble. The steel windows are inlaid with hollow glass, which has heat preservation and insulation effects. There is a large sunny living room of more than 40 square meters in the corridor on the first floor. The top of the living room has arched decorations, and on both sides are colonnades decorated with water ripple and vortex patterns in the style of ancient Greek sculptures.
