Ciyun Pavilion is the highest point within the Shilin Official Residence, built by Mr. Chiang to commemorate his mother. From here, one can enjoy panoramic views of Shezi Island, the Tamsui River, and the sunset over Guanyin Mountain, capturing the essence of the beautiful scenery. The pavilion is open to visitors all year round from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
