Mányuán National Forest Recreation Area is located in the southeast of Sanxia Town, Taipei County, and is named after the full moon-shaped Mányuán Mountain. Due to its unique natural conditions, the area has formed numerous streams and waterfalls, which are majestic and abundant in forest and waterfall bathing opportunities near Taipei. Operating hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year; from 08:00 to 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays throughout the year.
