The provincial Phoenix Valley Bird Park in Nantou County covers an area of 30 hectares and is a natural forest. The park houses more than 5,000 mountain birds, river birds, sea birds and migratory birds of various ecological habits from Taiwan and all over the world. It is a bird park of considerable scale in Southeast Asia. The park maintains its original natural ecological style, and tourists can observe various birds up close.
